Tasks

Tasks application allows you to create and manage tasks: set deadlines, reminders, priority of a task, add tags to the group task by topic, as well as monitor progress and add participants to collaborate on the task together.

The tasks are organized in a list.

  • To filter out complete or incomplete tasks, click All and select the option from the drop-down

  • To select a default or compact view of the list, click Default

  • Click Due date to sort out the tasks by Title, Due date, Start date and organize to see the oldest or latest tasks first

Menu bar when selecting a task entry:

  • Print. Opens print settings (can be used to save the task in pdf)
  • More. Opens a list with various actions for tasks
  • Delete. Deletes the item
